JOIN OUR TEAM OF
Teachers are amazing people. They are superheroes.
Gifted teachers find innovative ways to spark learning in ALL students, no matter their learning profile. Wouldn't it be amazing if talented school teachers would have flexible times to work undisturbed, one-on-one with students utilizing multiple resources to support their unique learning needs?
Imagine being personally rewarded for your extra time, expertise, talent, innovative teaching strategies and ability to develop life changing relationships.
At Kaizen Education Services, we are passionate about empowering students to take control of their learning. We have time to make good change happen, inspiring students to aim high and be their personal best.
We teach students HOW to learn - adapting learning material to meet their unique needs. This is the driving philosophy behind Kaizen.
As a former teacher, I know what you do each day to try to inspire change. However, I also have lived the limits of 'the system.' With students' best interests in mind, I created a unique program to do the work I am passionate about, with the students who need a 'little extra', in a way that allows me to build my own hours, spend more time with my own family while still paying the bills.
If you are willing to branch out beyond 'the system' and are passionate about empowering change, not following a prescriptive and mandated lesson plan, and developing innovative ways to reach complex and unique learners, I would love to hear from you.
Kaizen can always use another great academic coach because, sadly, there
is no shortage of students who need us.
Kaizen coaches are as unique
as our clients but we share a
few common traits: we are ...
and have one goal in mind -
the student's success.
YOU WILL LOVE WORKING HERE IF
YOU EVER WISHED
THAT YOU COULD:
Teach students HOW to learn instead
of WHAT to learn.
Individualize learning for each
of your students.
Work with students one on one.
See real, concrete results.
Make a difference.
Be a mentor.
Be the very best teacher you can be.
You'll need youR B.Ed - and it helps if:
You have experience differentiating
curriculum for various learning styles,
dealing with complex learners, specialize
in a core subject, teach a second
language or have experience with
Executive Functioning Skills.
Have a flexible schedule and want to
earn a generous hourly rate for
doing really good work.
If it feels like a fit, email us ...
AND, IF YOU HAVE EVER WISHED -
That you had access to free, continual professional development, resources and training.
That you could work with like-minded, collaborative people.
That you looked forward to going to work.
Or, if you ever day dreamed about an old student thanking you on ELLEN for being the reason they discovered the cure for cancer. ;-)
